TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMMC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
