Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Make Me Millionaire Club ("MMMC") app or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

MMMC provides market information, stock-analysis tools, market briefings, financial calculators, AI-generated summaries, price outlooks, stock suggestions, and recommendations. Some calculators model hypothetical scenarios using assumptions or price changes selected by the user. MMMC does not connect to a brokerage account or execute trades.

MMMC features may produce automated stock suggestions, recommendations, price outlooks, sentiment summaries, and other AI-generated analysis. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated. They do not guarantee any investment result and are not tailored fiduciary, tax, or legal advice.

All investment involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Do not rely on MMMC as the sole basis for an investment decision. Review current source information and consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

Gain-and-loss examples, goal calculations, what-if tools, and other scenarios are illustrations based on user-selected inputs and assumptions. They are not forecasts, promises, or guarantees. Taxes, fees, market liquidity, timing, and other real-world factors may not be included.

Premium purchasing is implemented through Apple on iOS and Google Play on Android. The applicable store displays the localized price, billing period, taxes, and any introductory offer before you confirm. As of this policy's update, the U.S. App Store listing identifies MMMC Premium Monthly at $4.99 per month and its latest release notes describe a 14-day free trial for eligible new users. The terms shown by your store at checkout control if they differ from this page.

Trials are limited to eligible new users and may be limited to one trial per account identity. The store may require a valid payment method. Unless canceled, a subscription automatically renews and the store charges the account according to the terms shown in the purchase sheet. Offers can differ between Apple and Google Play.

Cancel an Apple subscription through iPhone or iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MMMC. Manage a Google Play subscription through Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your MMMC account does not cancel a store subscription. The store determines the effective cancellation date and remaining access.

Apple manages billing disputes and refund requests for Apple purchases under Apple's policies. Google manages any purchase shown in Google Play under Google's policies. MMMC does not publish a separate refund policy on this page.

You agree to:

• Use the Services for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with our systems
• Not use the Services to engage in market manipulation or fraud
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Provide accurate information when creating an account

All content, features, and functionality in MMMC — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI-generated analysis, and software — are the exclusive property of Make Me Millionaire Club and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MMMC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMMC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes through in-app notifications or email.

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern these Terms. These Terms do not currently designate a specific state jurisdiction, exclusive venue, or binding arbitration procedure. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
