For Apple subscriptions, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select MMMC, and follow the cancellation prompts. If Google Play displays an MMMC subscription, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation and access dates are controlled by the store. Deleting the app or your MMMC account does not cancel a store subscription.

MMMC stores account and sign-in records, subscription status, and server-backed goal and progress entries. Stock favorites, watchlists, and pinned-tool preferences are stored locally on your device.
