Privacy Policy

Make Me Millionaire Club ("MMMC", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services").

Depending on the features you use, the Services process:

• Account and profile data, including member ID, email when provided, name, username, profile image, sign-in provider, provider user ID, and account status
• Goal and progress data you enter, including target amounts, dates, contribution or trade amounts, ticker text, and notes
• AI prompts, ticker context, recent conversation turns, and generated responses
• Support, feedback, or business-inquiry information you submit, including contact details, messages, and optional screenshots
• Subscription status and limited Apple or Google Play purchase information used to manage Premium access
• Platform, app version, and operational information associated with support or service requests
• Website page views and App Store or Google Play button clicks collected through Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel

MMMC does not connect to brokerage accounts and does not collect brokerage credentials or payment-card details. Apple processes iOS subscription purchases, and Google processes Android subscription purchases.

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve our Services
• Create and authenticate your account
• Save goals and progress entries and personalize your experience
• Send important service communications
• Manage trial status, in-app purchases, and Premium feature access
• Generate AI analysis, summaries, suggestions, and conversational responses
• Measure website visits and store-button activity
• Respond to support, feedback, and business inquiries
• Detect repeat-trial abuse and protect the Services
• Comply with legal obligations

Account records, sign-in identities, Premium entitlements, goals, and goal progress entries are stored by MMMC's backend. Authentication tokens are stored in secure device storage.

Favorite stocks and watchlists, favorite or pinned tools, and a local copy of goal state are stored on your device. These device-local preferences are not removed by server-side account deletion. You can remove them by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

MMMC sends AI prompts, relevant ticker context, and recent conversation turns to OpenAI to generate responses. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, brokerage credentials, or other sensitive personal information in an AI prompt.

The current service keeps recent AI conversation context in a server cache for up to 24 hours after activity and may cache generated responses for up to 12 hours. Operational logs may contain truncated prompt text; no fixed log-retention period is specified in the current implementation.

The current website loads Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel on its pages. These services receive browser and device information associated with page views, and they receive store destination information when you select an App Store or Google Play button.

On iOS, the TikTok Business SDK is configured in Limited Data Use mode without requesting App Tracking Transparency permission or using IDFA. TikTok's SDK-controlled processing is also subject to TikTok's terms.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to:

• OpenAI for the AI processing described above
• Apple for iOS purchase processing and Apple sign-in, where used
• Google for Android purchase processing and Google sign-in, where used
• Microsoft when you choose Microsoft sign-in
• Meta and TikTok for the website and iOS analytics described above
• Infrastructure providers needed to operate the backend and website
• Authorities when disclosure is required by law
• Successors in the event of a merger or acquisition

You may delete your account in the app through Profile → Settings → Delete My Account. After a successful request, the backend immediately deletes the account profile, linked sign-in identities, Premium entitlements, goals, and goal progress entries, and the app signs you out.

MMMC retains a one-way SHA-256 fingerprint derived from the account email and sign-in provider to prevent repeat-trial abuse. The current implementation does not define an automatic expiration period for this fingerprint. Short-lived AI caches may remain until their automatic expiration. Support, feedback, and business-inquiry records you submitted may remain after account deletion because they are stored separately; their current implementation does not specify a fixed retention period.

Device-local favorites and preferences remain until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Deleting your MMMC account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. For full details, see our Account Deletion page.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page or through in-app notifications.
